Overview Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including defining and measuring goals, messaging, CTAs, delivery channels, scheduling and reporting. Employee will work within digital marketing platforms to deliver multi-channel campaigns facilitating personalized customer and prospect engagements. Employee will monitor and measure campaign effectiveness and work with digital agency to optimize performance and conversion within digital marketing platforms focused on marketing automation, programmatic advertising, paid search and social media.
Responsibilities:
Work with broader team to develop campaign strategies to support line-of-business goals and objectives Measure and analyze digital marketing campaign performance and assess against goals. Develop branding, lifecycle and promotional messaging in conjunction with in-house and agency teams.4. Utilize internal and external research to understand demographics and motivators of target markets to develop audiences for campaigns. Build campaign workflows and customer journeys within the marketing automation platform. Collaborate with digital media agency to develop tactical strategy for programmatic digital media campaigns, including enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic and generating leads. Develop and maintain reporting of digital campaign activity across digital media, search, social and marketing automation. Work with broader team to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Evaluate emerging digital marketing technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Four-year college education required 5
years of experience (Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related experience) Proven experience dealing with confidential, complex and sensitive information Strong comprehension of programmatic digital media buying, PPC and marketing automation landscapes Well-versed in the use of technology to solve business problems Experience developing marketing campaigns and multi-channel customer journeys Ability to translate high-level strategic thinking into creative and detailed tactical execution plans Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment Strong organizational, planning, multi-tasking and project management skills Experience in engaging and managing digital agencies and/or marketing software partners Comprehension of financial regulatory processes policies and procedures a plus Experience working with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Marketo, Hubspot or similar a plus Experience managing paid search or pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns through Google Ads and/or Bing Experience developing cross-platform programmatic media buys using a DSP such as Centro Basis, Rocketfuel, DCM, etc, a plus Previous experience in banking and / or finance industry preferred
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
