Hasbro's Model Studio is looking for an Associate Manager to join their team!
In this role, you will be leading a cross functional team in the Model Studio department who are responsible for supporting brand development and coordinating all digital and physical prototypes for the development teams.
We are seeking someone with experience working in a research & development (R&D) environment within a consumer goods company that involved the handling of digital prototypes, physical models, and IP sensitive materials.
The candidate we are seeking is extremely organized and has foundation in project management, archiving, and inventory control.
Associate Manager Model Studio
- 25% Lead cross functional team (Model Artists, Model Makers, Fabric Techs, Sample Coordinators) for assigned projects, prioritizing workload, managing project schedules and final esthetic and function quality.
- 25% Attend/lead cross functional meetings with Marketing, PR, and Events teams to support the planning and support for all company events that require product assets.
- 20% Lead the sample administrative team to ensure assets (Digital/Physical) are secured and approved to successful support company initiatives in eComm, PR, packaging, and events.
- 20% Identify process efficiencies through evaluation and implement improvements that support changing business requirements.
Lead the creation of sample information documents, spreadsheets to communicate product timing, availability, and status. - 5% Work with events teams, department staff, and Sales/Marketing to complete set-up/strike for corporate events such as Toy-Fair, Customer Previews, etc.
Some traveling will be needed. - 5% Ensure that safe handling, documentation, and destruction of all prototype samples in accordance with IP security policy.
Due to the high volume of licensed properties in the portfolio IP procedures must be followed to avoid significant financial and partner relationship impact.

- Proficiency with all MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail in the aesthetic appearance, function, and component accuracy for all physical/digital samples.
- Ability for domestic and international travel to support onsite marketing, sales events and presentations.
- Proven track record to multi-task and deliver timely results are crucial to successfully fulfill requirements.
