Improvement Facilitator II

Assist site Improvement Facilitators, Routine Facilitators, department superintendents and plant management in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all improvement aspects. Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Material Science (US or FDE) and 3 years experience in industrial or manufacturing environment with exposure to standardization and production quality methods; steel manufacturing methods and techniques involving heavy mill machinery and equipment; scrap processing, melting, casting, rolling, maintenance, finishing, shipping/warehouse operations and supervisory/facilitation; business systems and use of complex technical and engineering processes; training/coaching employees; and making presentations, organizing and communicating effectively.
