Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to customer service, resident retention, leasing, showings, marketing, and billing.
Organizational and computer skills are required as well as the ability to multitask.
Experience in property management is a plus.
Experience with Buildium or other property management or billing software is helpful.
Attention to detail is imperative.
Looking for someone open to change and eager to learn.
Also helpful:
knowledge of Google Office Applications, Zoom, Docusign.
Candidate must have:
Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain professional in a variety of situations.
A valid driver's license Reliable/insured transportation Reliable phone service/smart phone (you will be required to use your personal phone during work hours and when on call) Good verbal and written communication skills The ability to use a computer and multi line phone system Must be RELIABLE! Must be able to work independently In this role you will:
Show properties to prospective tenants Travel to various locations within Jackson County daily List properties on multiple websites Lease signings Manage tenants lease ledgers Be responsible for knowing, understanding, and abiding by fair housing laws Be responsible for learning, understanding, and assisting tenants to understand the terms and conditions of their lease agreement so that you can assist them Meet with inspectors and vendors Make notes and lists for maintenance and repairs of the property Enter, coordinate, and manage service requests and follow up Make prospecting calls Process applications Communications with tenants including, work orders, scheduling, payments and evictions, tenants needs and concerns Answer phones and resolve the needs of the caller or appropriately direct them Schedule appointments Handle in-office traffic Accept payments Contacting vendors; scheduling work orders Recording vendor accounts Assigning Collections Website updates Must be versatile in tasks and open to change as daily tasks may vary Must have strong follow through on assignments and be able to work independently Job Types:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
