Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere - Assist with patient assessment by taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and preparing patients for treatment - Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient comfort - Assist the chiropractor during treatments by setting up equipment, applying therapeutic modalities, and providing support as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas - Schedule appointments and manage patient records using electronic health record systems - Educate patients on home care exercises, proper ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications - Collaborate with the chiropractor to develop individualized treatment plans for patients Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable - Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and physiology - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage patient records and appointment scheduling - Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health record systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy towards patients Schedule:
