GENERAL
Summary:
Shift:
7a-730p Sign on Bonus available Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
BSN preferred.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program within 3 years of hire Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire Experience with cardiac & neuro monitoring, titrating vasoactive drips, and post-surgical care Professional Certifications to support a culture of nursing excellence Participation in Professional Advancement Ladder (PAL) Recommended Skills Analytical Clinical Works Communication Health Care Leadership Nursing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
