Responsibilities:
- Market and sell new homes to potential buyers - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Conduct property tours and showcase the features and benefits of the homes - Assist buyers in selecting the right floor plan, upgrades, and options - Guide buyers through the contract and closing process - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions - Stay knowledgeable about current market trends and competitor offerings - Adhere to Fair Housing regulations in all interactions with customers
Qualifications:
