9 Jackson, MI Jackson, MI Full-time Full-time $18 - $23 an hour $18 - $23 an hour Description Camshaft Machine Company a leader in the manufacturing of camshafts for the racing and aftermarket industries is looking for experienced Heat Treat Setup/Operators for induction hardening.
Qualified candidates will be required to setup induction hardening machines, including destructive testing of parts to insure proper case depth.
This position has significant advancement opportunities due to company growth and retirements in the next 1 - 5 years.
Starting wage based on experience and increases with programming skills and experience.

10 Paid Holidays 10 Paid Vacation Days Attendance and performance bonuses 1st shift is 5 days a week with some Saturdays.

Experience Ability to read process sheets, blueprints in order to setup machine to proper specifications Utilization of saws and polishers for destructive testing Surface hardness testers Understanding of CQI-9 Strong math skills 2
Years Heat Treat experience preferred Compensation Starting wage is $18-$23 hour with great benefits including BCBS Gold Health, Dental, Vision and 401K.
