50/hr What You Will Be Doing Participate in cross-training activities and actively contribute to multiple production areas to achieve team goals.
Performs semi-skilled production machine operations to assemble and fabricate a finished product.
Ensuring that product specifications are met and maintaining high standards by completing quality inspections.
Set up and make machine adjustments when needed throughout the shift.
Ensure the proper functioning of material movement systems and accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation.
Maintaining 5S in work areas.
Recommending continuous improvement measures.
What We Need From You To be considered for this role, candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete the Labor Rocket hiring process requirements which include drug testing and a criminal history background check.
Other Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work weekends and overtime if needed.
The ideal candidate will also have the following preferred experience and skills:
Previous experience in manufacturing and great tenure! Preferably in a leadership, training, or technical production role.
Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools and principles Use of measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
